Cypriot Soprano Marianna Suri has a wide experience in both opera and recital. She has participated in well-known works and performed operatic roles such as Inez in Il Trovatore at the Paphos Aphrodite Festival, Pamina in the Magic Flute, Mrs. Jessel from The Turn of the Screw, Ottavia in L'ínocoronanzione di Poppea, Suor Osmina in Suor Angelica, Mrs. Gobineau in The Medium, Mimi in La Bohéme and Dorabella in Cosi Fan Tutte. She has also appeared in scenes as Adina from L’Elisir d’Amore, Violetta from La Traviata, Desdemona from Otello, Donna Elvira and Donna Anna from Don Giovanni, Illia from Idomeneo, Countess from Le Nozze di Figaro, Norina from Don Pasquale, and Musetta from La Bohéme.
She has also appeared as a soloist with the Cyprus Symphony Orchestra, the Rice University Orchestra, and the Erie Philharmonic.
